I’m a fermentation scientist and strategic consultant with experience spanning the full spectrum — from traditional and culinary fermentation to industrial bioprocessing and precision fermentation at scale.

I’ve led upstream fermentation teams at Remilk (precision fermentation at industrial scale), co-founded a craft brewery, authored a professional brewing textbook, and currently advise biotech and food-tech startups on R&D strategy, team building, and the path from lab to production.

Where I add the most value to scale-ups: bridging the gap between scientific R&D and industrial reality — specifically the messy, expensive, often underestimated jump from pilot to production. I help
founders and technical teams make smarter decisions earlier, before they burn capital on avoidable mistakes.
